Sharing some experience i had...

After lvl 40+ i went into Ancestral Bound - dual totem keystone, with only a 4L with Ranged Totem+EH+Weapon Elemental Damage+Greater Multiple Projectiles, and with a bad gear and it was very ok.

Lvl 50 by now, finishing cruel soon, im doing some docks run, and i feel im contributing to the party :)

Elderich Battery is really really nice, makes your mana goes up a lot with little energy shield gear. Currently im able to mantain Discipline+Clarity+Wrath on Mana (with mana pool to cast 2 totems) and Anger on Life (why is the reserve bigger on Life than on Mana?), soon ill be trying put some haste, just dont know exactly how yet :)
Edit: I can exchange Clarity for Haste, losing mana regen and winning some dps, i just gotta hug some dude with clarity and OH YA +1 aura to the group :)

Tip for people without previous gear (like me): get a Light Quiver (gives 30+ dex) to be able to use Elemental Hit and also a Bow, get a 1.55 atk speed with some elemental damage, damage output will be good.

So far im liking the build, after lvl 40 it becomes cool to play :D

Ah, i've been thinking, it's difficult to guess what will be better for damage output since the EH random damage doesnt show up, so, when i have some gear with +% increase elemental damage, does it increase the random damage from EH ?

then comes another question, what would be an "overall" ratio between (thats tough)
- %increase elemental dmg
- %crit chance
- %crit multiplier
- %increase atk speed
- increase cold/lit/fire dmg

having some knowledge on that would help me a lot when choosing new gear :) tho i know its difficult to measure

1) dont u think it would be nice to get that +1 curse at lvl 50-60, rather than 80+ ?
Im idle most of the time cuz i cast my 2 totems, raise 3 zombies, and cast 1 curse, casting another curse would be nice to help my party :)
Edit: also i cast bear traps at yellow/unique mobs when they have low hp - i got 2 bear trap gems THEY ARE F* AWESOME for single target blowing

2) Is it really necessary to get Iron Reflexes?
You spend lots of points to get in there, getting more Hp nodes (maybe at marauder) wouldnt be better?

3) Totem crits works with Surgeon?

1) Getting the +1 curse earlier is fine if you feel you have enough surviability. I'm still using 2 curses (+1 Windscream) in maps at 81. I'm only toggling between Temporal Chains + Ele Weakness on mobs, and Temporal Chains + Enfeeble on bosses. Other than casting curses, I'm either laying my traps, or casting Frost Wall. They die pretty quickly.

2) Iron Reflexes isn't necessary, but it was worth getting because there are so many things I can pick up on the way there (Totem Life/Range, 8/8/12% HP, 8/8/18% HP, those really useful mana nodes in the duelist starting area, diamond skin, more HP)

Plus, two of my main equips have pretty high EVA in them, so I didn't want to gamble my toon and just decided to convert it to armor.

3) I don't have screen shake on, but my flasks almost always recover back to max after a group of mobs.

I'm not too sure on the ratios, but I should probably update on an image of my EH in the stat window (with the APS, Crit, etc.)

Your Anger is reserving more on life because the Blood Magic support gem has a huge multiplier (200% at level 20).

1) The %WED nodes do help your damage since your weapon (and other equips) will have elemental damage on them.

2) Anger/Wrath does boost the damage output on your totem in this build. However if you had a spell build, they will not affect your DPS.

ok thanks for clearing that up for me!
just dinged 40 on HC. so far just using elehit+addedfire+ele weap+LMP with a wand..
btw, yes, im doing the ranged attack totem build ofcourse..

got eldritch battery a few levels ago and with 2 more skillpoints completing inner force! :)

still kinda struggling with 4links but took some gear from my witch. i can use those at lv47 so ive made a deal with myself to spec into ancestral bond at that level. got the right colors in the 47 boots to go totem+elehit+lmp+ele prolif.
also got a 5L white armour/eva for 47 but no luck as of yet with those damn chromatics!

again cheers, lovin the build. did edit some skillpoints here and there though..
dex is still kinda sucky but ill have to cope with that for now untill i venture into the duelist area.
