SSF? Hats off, it won't be easy. But leech is the main recovery source, apart from regen on kill. You can use Vaal Discipline or Vaal Molten Shell for better defenses, or incorporate Enfeeble somewhere for added tankiness.

I actually managed to buy it as it is early in the league. But if you wanted to recreate something like that then yes, you'll need to get decent-ish amulet, anoint it, then gamble rank 3 Jorgin.

Third project build for the league! Always wanted to try old school HoWA so gave this a crack. As with my other ones, thoughts, comments and gear budget.

Levelling - don't bother unless you are stubborn as hell. Get to at least level 22, rush for soul raker and run a Hand of Thought and Motion, Thiefs Torment and Tabula. Speccing this tree while levelling left me at approx 800hp and 200ES by level 60. It is doable, but I'd advise against it.

Early thoughts - attack speed is king. Try and get it on every jewel. %ES on jewels is pretty big as well. Seems to be functioning well at time of comment, level 74 and easily killed T10 maps. Gearing up for a push through to at least 94 over next few days. Guide is easy to follow and well written, kudos Bristoling, its a good one.

Current gear is as follows:

Currently running the thiefs before I can equip Opals (such as)
Current budget is somewhere in the 30-40ex range (not counting bottled faith or dying sun, already had them). Necks like this or any double %int / attributes are now ridiculously easy to craft, isolate one of each stat on two bases, awakener orb, pray for good rolls.
Next up on the buy list:
Watcher's Eye - possibly with precision attack speed?
More jewels - more attack speed / crit multi
Ele weakness Shapers Touch
Second good opal or resist ring
Probably will gamble another 1-2 neck crafts and pick up another 5w Vaal Regalia to try and get 700ES with two open suffixes for %craft and crusader slam.

Yep I agree, leveling this straight away as an attack build would be rather painful. You really need uniques like Thief's ring or Wake of Destruction etc. and even with them it's not optimal.
Amulet Crafting is a great way to fine-tune the build but for anyone on a smaller budget than yours I highly recommend Astramentis, power per price ratio is really good. I didn't do much crafting myself but BiS would be dmg per Int amulet with other good stats, anointed then upgraded to %attributes implicit Talisman through t3 Jorgin. But that sounds like an expensive gamble I'm not willing to take at this point. Maybe someone richer might craft such a monster one day.

Today for the first time i defeat sirus whitout any death (pretty easily) on a "budget" gear, so thank you :).

I've record the fight with a good computer, good quality if u want to add to u'r videos, don't hesitate. I will try to make other if you're interested.
