Hi guys, so i have a question, how do you upkeep BV at 10 stacks all the time while running thru map?

I see on the written guide it says to use Cast when damage taken level 1 . Steelskin level 10 . Stone Golem MAX LEVEL . Blood Rage in boots but in the pob it says to use, cwdt - ic - precision - withering step. Which is the right setup atm?

This build has very low life because of alot of uniques, any suggestions ? Currently lvl 77 with 2k life

I have only 69% hit on the regular attack, does it matter with this build or BV doesnt need hit chance?

I found a 21/23 Void Manipulation gem, should I use that in the BV links? Over Poison? I'm playing semi-SSF, since trading is difficult to figure out.
