Ok, I'll keep trying to hit those mods. As far as getting a 1400 evasion 400 es armor how should I craft that one? I'm trying to craft all items myself this league. Guide says dense fossil or should I alt regal the mods I'm looking For (flat evasion, flat es, % to evasion and energy shield) not opposed to getting some chaos res on the chest either

I got 1500 ev, 400es with just a dense fossil.

You can alt regal for t1 es/Eva and t1% and a decent suffix. Then u can multimod life as Es and intelligence/quality

I have 20ex.

I meant, how do you get Frenzy charges in combat?

You can either get them from nodes in the passive tree which increases the chance of getting a charge or the crafts which is showcased in Hasunic's gear. The ring/amulet gives you a continuous supply of frenzy charge in this case.

The only problem with imperial bow is 1.45 IAS and higher dex requirement and you're going in for a very expensive crsft
You might want to consider using a 6L thicket or Grove bow
