3B = 3 Blue Sockets. It refers to the Crafting Bench option "At Least Three Blue Sockets" which costs 120 chrom.
1-3W = 1-3 White Sockets. It refers to the Safehouse reward for 3-star Vorici in Research, "Modify an item to have 1-3 White Sockets".

Hello, what do you think about using Kalisa's grace instead of rare gloves? Would enable slower/fast proj and give +2% basecrit, but you lose some mana on the gloves.

So to update on my experience, after I upgraded my gear for about 40-50c, adding % mana/life, + mana/life on almost everything (apart from rings and amulet), I had something like 5.5k life, 2k ES and 3.9k unreserved mana. Beefie and damage was fine, didn't die to anything at that point.

Was thinking about those boots for delve build...had them previous league, but didn't manage to squeeze them in (played Dark Scorn, Scourge Arrow Pathfinder). The dodge was real, survivability was really high (almost 6khp) AND had Divine Flesh, which gave insane feeling or tankiness, without it wasn't anything like that. But these shoes gave me only 16 dodge, so meh...then I realized that by putting Perfect Form, it gives you additional spell dodge(which is what mostly can kill you as a range character)...Left it there. And decided to check on poe.ninja finally what are others doing with this build and checked this guy

Thought fuck it, scrambled everything I got, bought armor, changed gloves that had +40% dmg to chilled enemies and ended up with my current character...
Now I lost something like 800hp and 200 or so es and a similar mana, but...damage now skyrocketed, and on bosses I drop ice bomb+cold snap and they now melt x2. Dodge is 46% without vaal grace. So basically was running around laughing at everything and all bosses, freezing and shattering. Have to force myself to go to sleep:D Super fun...less hp/es, but you don't get even hit that much and even if you do, you're still tanky as fuck! Top build for me since I played TS on harbinger league...Better than scourge arrow with bosses and map clear, insane.

Wondering how it will show on red tiers and endgame bosses, but I have my hopes, plus I don't have Pandemonius or 6L on staff, so...and the gear is very mediocre in general.

He is counting in Mind of the Matter effect, I assume. So that's + health from mana you have.

Does the gmp on frostbolts increase damage or the frozen trail is enough? I assume we need more than 3 balls for optimal damage or gmp is just for clear?

Since i thought unique jewel + slower proj might be more dps for single target or gmp is still better for single target?

Ice Nova that spawns on ball locations is the main damage, not the balls themselves.

Level 84 so far! Just got my staff! Now to 6 link it so it's useful to me! I'm pretty squishy right now but I am really enjoying this! First time I've changed my skill in a year. No Ragrets!!!

Off screen killing all the green map icons is hilarious btw! Muahahaha! It's just wall hacks to see my next burst location!

One question, when I put Frost Nova into the staff 6 link, am i keeping spell echo? does it double dip with the weapon or am i swapping a gem in to replace it?
