How would freezing pulse do instead of arc? If culling strike kills the mobs would they still freeze and you will unable to raise minions?

you need 1 more link for LMP I guess since I dont have 6L chest. And if you managed to get high spell damage, you might break the corps. It will break the corps when u killed the mobs while they were frozen.

Been trying out your build and its been very fun to play. Nice!! Since I am still low lvl around 34, I am currently using the queen's decree 2h sword atm. it gives some nice boost to my minions. May only got for wand+shield when higher lvl or when i find some really good wand or shield. So far so good. thanks.

btw, my queen's decree sword is iL45, how many socket can i have on it? so far I mange to get it to 4S or can i try to get it to 5S?

Do you just curse stuff and never attack or what? I thought attacking mobs made your minions go after them. I was starting to notice shock stacking isn't working as well anymore with no spell damage.

Have you ever thought about picking up Ancestral Bond for your Arc and summon the skeletons by yourself?

Or would it not work due to mana issues?

are you saying the IIR/IIQ does not count to Arc's Chain, or Culling Strike does not apply to Arc's Chain

Culling Strike works on Arc (im using it) . I don't know if iir/iiq works on Arc, normaly yes, if not the Thread Maker wouldn't use it :) . But I will test it myself when I have my 5L Chest.
