Hey looking forward to your updates. I spent a ton of time trying to adapt around accuracy for 3.10. ended up using effigon amulet with "flesh and blood" gem. It seems to be working ok and you dont have to worry about accuracy or hit chance since your attacks never miss vs blind enemies.
