I love what I've seen so far and it looks very promising. It looks like they have taken the great combat from D3 and given it back the atmosphere that it was missing.
As much as I love PoE there is no denying that D3 is still far ahead on how the combat flow feels. I did see a few influences from PoE in this gameplay demo though: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/502597635 Two of the biggest ARPG's going head to head can only be a good thing for the fans. " Good link, this actually looks a lot better than the initial gameplay trailer. Visually in theme but I the game mechanics look like a direct copy paste of diablo 3 as far as attack and defense goes. Something about it feels very nosltagic, like if baldur's gate or icewindale got a semi modern remake. " Yeah most if not all of the skills are a D3 copy/paste but I think that was just to get the demo ready to play after the shit storm of last year. It's obviously a long way off but I still like what I see. |

I think now it's got a little hard ggg..... but you always have the option of looping broken leagues and low drop rate, let's see where it will be soon

Nothing really matters tho: graphics, art style, combat, grit, gore... If they don't nail the itemization. If the game becomes a hunt for boring, stat-stacking legendaries/sets, the game can just sail its own sea for all I care.

Guys, just because a Game looks cool in a trailer or a gameplay demo doesnt mean that it will be a good game.
If it look good but i have my set-gear after 10h playtime and nothing will change in the future, no one is going to play it. GGG got always something new. |
