I feel like I have everything that costs <few exa, I can now run t12 maps (if mobs have resist and more life its a bit harder). What should be my next upgrade so i can transition to last tiers? Should i just farm for that legion jewel or for bow+quiver and forgo my wand+shield setup?
Also sometimes metamorphs can kill me in 1sec if i'm not very cautious. I don't realy see much room for defenses improvement without throwing a lot of exa(looking at my hp and es, and at the top ED tricksters it looks almost the same, are we all that squishy?).

If it's SSF viable then i guess I'm doing something wrong if all next upgrades i can see are 5exa+++(ofc putting aside that my gems still can get 20q and I'm leveling 20q ED to vaal for 21 lvl).

Thank for the build . The clear is fuking insane but my dps is low so it hard to kill boss tier 13+ and the metamorph from tier 10+ , can someone look into my char and give me some tip to improve dps , what should i aim , now i only have 1 ex

Hey there, just found some time to look into your PoB. Right now you're sitting at about 440k Shaper DPS on your ED. While that isn't bad at all, we of course want to max out the DPS so you have a smooth experience with higher tier bosses.

Check out the difference in damage with a crafted bow:



Quite significant, right? Damage climbs up to 600k on ED. If you get a 21^20 ED and level the Empower to 3 it'll jump to 750k, which is almost double your current DPS. It really is all in the gem levels. It'll also free up some nodes on the passive tree since you don't need the shield nodes anymore, pushing you to about 6k life and giving you another 2 jewel sockets.

By SSF-viable I mean that you don't need any specific uniques that you have to be lucky to find. Everything can be crafted with enough time. :)

Hey there, been taking a look at your character.

First things first: you're missing about 3 passive points from the story line. Should be your first priority before anything else, really. Also, there's a slight mistake with the pathing. You can free up the Dexterity below Fangs of the Viper (right-hand side).

The reason you're struggling with DPS is that your gear is quite sub-optimal for the level of maps that you are running. Your chest armour has no life on it at all. With 120 life on it you'd be close to 6k already. There's no life roll on your rare jewels and you could craft hybrid life on your Gloves. No real reason to use Soul Strike. Better get a rare with 90+ life and some resistances so you can get rid of some other rares you seem to be wearing for the resistances alone.

DPS-wise your biggest improvement will be to craft or buy a proper bow. With just a very basic +3 bow (+1 gems, +2 supports, 40% dot multi) you'd push your ED damage from 180k Shaper DPS right now to about 300k. With a level 20 ED gem and Empower 3 you'd already be at 400k which is more than double your current DPS. Can't stress it enough: gem levels are the biggest source of DPS you can get for your Essence Drain.

Apart from that it's minor stuff like optimizing your flasks. I'd move Anti-Bleed to your life flask. The 'Catalysed' mod is best used on Eternal Life Flasks. The Divine Life Flasks are best used for instant recovery since they have a high base life regen but long recovery time. All your flasks lack quality, so the duration is shorter. Flask uptime is quite important, so you should definitely look into that. Good mods for the Quicksilver flask are longer duration (Experimenter's) or increased flask effect / reduced duration (Alchemist's) & increased movement speed (of Adrenaline).
