I'd love to see the 2H sword or battle axe stored on the back when the character is running. It seems silly having any character hold a big sword out like a plate of food?
Big props to the guy who worked on the Witch melee animations. They look indredible!

I love your new kodama/tilting totems in Kaom's area. It's similar to the amount of glee I had when I first saw the Sarn gemlings.

I took a good look at the cyclone animations recently and noticed they almost look like the default pose models have when they are loading (the arms-out Vetruvian stance). It's kind of silly watching my Marauder do the helicopter through everything.

The Revenant unique in the Docks also does this, which is a really odd thing to see a dog do.

Don't like the new siren "walking on tentacles" animation. It looks stupid. I preferred the old slithering movement, if nothing else because it looks a little more realistic.

The Vaal Oversoul has a really cool stage entry - the unlocking and raising process. Would be nice to see such for other map bosses too, instead of them "just being there".
Don't know if this was posted yet, but I'd really like to see a fade out effect when turning off Arctic Armor.

Please improve Marauder's attack animation,they look so weak and soft,it should be more powerful in visual.
Other classes idk but a overall improvement would be cool.
Shadow cast animation looks weird, head twitching amplitude is way too high, and it looks like he pulling something, or pushing with his pelvis (special shadow magic, huh?)

also last frame forearm move is "too fast"
