Is there a diminishing return on IIR and IIQ?

Pretty sure that there is, and there aren't hard breakpoints.

There kind of is as I recall. From what I remember 100% IIR/IIQ will double it, but getting another 100% to 200% won't triple but instead just increase it by 50% from what you had at 100%. I'm not positive on that as I can't find it on the wiki, but try looking around the forums a bit unless someone else jumps in helpfully with the right equations.

I am currently at 300% IIR with gem.. I am not sure if I should lower it and work on IQ instead if I am hitting the diminishing break point. Tried looking through the site but cant find any information. Anyone know?

There are diminishing returns but Chris/Qarl/Mark have never elaborated on when they kick in and how they work.

I highly doubt there are break points a la D2. It's more likely to be a curve that drops more steeply at higher quantities of IIR/IIQ.

So the best would prob be 200% IR and 150% ish IQ to balance out the diminishing?
