Hi again
More of a visibility bump than an urgent question, but just curious as to how the next update is coming on " Mods is there any way this useful tool thread could be stickied. |

Right now we are trying to figure out what to include in the next patch. Its been a hard learned lesson not to release a bunch of little patches because people don't like to update and we can't force you to like a real game.
Right now we are juggling a couple major features: item base types and mods - basically give you a paper doll to dress up and apply mods so you can see your max stats with different item levels and builds together, or recreate your actual gear. Technically easy, but a lot of database work Friend tracker - a utility that will let you see if your friends are online without having to log in, technically a little trickier Super ambitious -- Let you import your stash and gear and share it. That way we could make a giant data base of gear for people to browse each other stuff, maybe even build in an offer system, technically challenging, but I'd kill 100 hours playing with it And then there are all the UI and graphics updates like the lighting up, those are easy. My brother (who does most of the code) is starting grad school so our time is limited. We may have to just put out the cosmetic fixes if the other more ambitious things are taking to long. |
