The new 'PC' icons are a bit disturbing
" I edited my post, but another point: if you use the PC to go on the forums why not just play on the PC? Playing this game on a console sounds very clunky. I guess exceptions could be made if you use the forum on a phone or a laptop that can't handle the game so they have to play on console, but back to my first point, I think those players are so few and far between the new icon still feels useless. People that can't run on DX11 have no other choice tbh. Besides, just because one has a certain piece of tech does not mean that they can't prefer another.

Those new icons looks disturbing.
I dare to say majority of players are using PC over consoles. Um why is this such an important piece of information that it needs to be an icon next to our username with equivalent weight to our challenges? Just put it in the profile if we truly must know what device our peers are playing on.
I guess they’re anticipating huge differences in thread topics/opinions between console players and PC players? Seems like an excellent way to foster resentment between different groups of players (although the same can be said for how the 3-month map series schedule has been implemented).
