Does anyone know if full Fenumus set is still viable for this one?

Can anyone tell me what would be more powerful a wand with decent cold dot(30+) and spell damage(total 100+) or the one with 40 spell damage and 20 cold dot, but with +1 to spell and +1 to cold gems?

Spell Damage is nearly worthless for this build, as we will deal a lot of DoT.
So the wand with DoT, low Spell Damage and +1 to spell and +1 to cold gems is much better then a wand with high spell damage. Spell Damage only counts for the direct impact, not the DoT effect | |
