[3.12 Video Guide] Vortex Cold Snap DoT [HC/SC/Uber Elder/Shaper viable]

This is the items I used for my Occultist Vortex.
Any suggestions that will make my damage higher. I have 10.5k ES using this equipment setup and 1.6m Shaper DPS using this gem setup. I have enduring mana flask for no regen maps. You can recharge ES but not regen so you can do no regen maps. |

Just killed guardians and shaper... was a bit slow but steady with only 2 deaths on shaper since i use shield charge for now with fortify.

in yesterdays twitch live stream, ghazzy explained that his youtube account got hacked and he does not know when, how, or if he will get back the account and videos. i dont know if anything changed since yesterday, but i sure hope it works out for him (and thus, us)

Would Physical Damage to Cold Damage be considered flat cold damage and throw off EE?

what gear do you use?
Stuff with evasion/energy shield? Straight energy shield? Armor/energy shield? :P | |

cant figure out how i can boost my dps by a lot. even with 21/20 vortex gem and +1 spell wand i dont seem to reach 1M in pob | |
