note that running a chargeback on a steam purchase is likely to get your steam account terminated as well


The problem is i cant run an chargeback because i paid most of that stuff with money i got of steam for selling stuff in csgo and so on. That is why i tryed contacting steam to get that back but they wrote that i have to contact GGG which i did but they dont answer...

GGG can have the money im spending more, but i do want my account playable again and i do want for them to change there support and give support via Live Chat and/or Phone internationale of course. I belive that after about 6 years they got the money to get better support for there player base and they should invest this money not only in making the game better but in making an better overall experiance for the customer/player if there is trouble after an patch and so on.

Yup, keep it up. I am in the same boat. Not happy with the performance of GGG's account services.
Little update again...10 days gone still cant play my main account still got no solution of the GGG Support Team.

Me too, still no response from GGG.
Well what can i say...still no answer, my account is still locked DAY 11.

I hope GGG will get his act togehter and compansate me for this im really pissed now that i still cant play with my main account.

The christmas holidays are coming poe is the choice to play and now this...good job ggg you made my holiday!

Nope nothing Day 12...and im getting really pissed right now because i waited for the supporter packs and i want that shit but cant buy it because im not on my main account...

And all the reduced prices....im really angry about this...but well obvisouly GGG does not care about that.

You know, email Support (the ones that's really nice and kind at taking your money) saying that our account is locked and cannot make purchase. And see if they can put the items on hold for you (which they can do for up to 3 month, as a payment plan), and at the discounted price.

Account resolution support is slow, but the MTX support is super efficient. 😂
