Yes, OP overreacted.

However, there is a slight issue in what happened to him if he indeed died in the Darkness in Delve.

GGG changed Delve to start in the level 30's. But they did NOT change the azurite gains at level 1 in the mine (now level 34 or something monsters).

Therefore, upgrading in Delve this league is a chore, and you really have to go out of your way early to bank Azurite to upgrade.

I capped my sulphite on one map because I have not upgraded my capacity sufficiently.

I have been working to upgrade resists and light radius, but I almost died opening a chest and gathering loot just outside the light radius.

There needs to be better scaling of azurite from level 1 of the mine now. The upgrade system is borked early. Later it is fine, but for the new(er) player it must seem ridiculous.
