Same problem, fix it plz. This bug causes that i'm spawning at act 4 every time i starting POE.

Do a Map with Niko as Daily and then talk to him after finding the first Sulphite and it will resolve the quest.

Dudes i just created a public party then go in mines then sulphites just spawned u can try that too i hope that'll work for you too. You don't need to wait for somebody only create party then go mines it worked for me ^^

Having the same issue as others. Playing SSFHC so any kind of "party up" won't work.
