It's perfectely logical for the blood chieftains to throw exiles at other exiles. After all, only an exile is powerful enough to take down another exile.
It's a feature, not a bug! :D (Okay, we don't want the instance crashes though.) |

Yup, this is one of them "it's a feature, not a bug" situations.
Fix the bug, add the feature I say. But make sure it isn't too annoying -- or it could get old real fast. ____________________________________________________________________________________
