To use OBS you need a very strong PC with two GPU´s, so that one does the recording and the other shows you the picture while playing. You can run it with an onboard and dedicated if you have an intel system, but it´s best to run it with two dedicated cards.
While running with one card works too, it´s not recommended, as the output is terrible. There are a lot of streamers and youtubers that have OBS and it´s terrible to look at all the blurry textures and stuttering.

The file size is also quite big if you run it at 60 FPS.

If you have an AMD card, Relive is the best thing you can use. I did use OBS for many years, but switched over to Relive, as it´s just so much better. Less demanding on your hardware and the quality is much better too.
