(DHC - 1:105!!) There ain't no rest for the botters...

Yes! Bots exists on hardcore(they just doing low tiers like Volcano and BC). And it seems like now they farm it more than ever, making DHC economy going worse and worse every day.

Let me show u some stats according to Ex prices on SC/HC and the impact of Incursion league banwave.
All this numbers I got from poe ninja site(data dumps section) - U can easily check it by urself.

Abyss league

15.12.2017 - 1st week after league start

Abyss SC : ex - 42c

Abyss HC : ex - 24c

31.01.2018 - end of 1st month

Abyss SC : ex - 85c (+43c)

Abyss HC : ex - 28c (+4c)

Bestiary league

08.03.2018 - 1st week after league start

Bst SC : ex - 55c

Bst HC : ex - 24c

31.03.2018 - end of 1st month

Bst SC : ex - 81c (+26c)

BSt HC : ex - 34c (+10c)

Incursion league

08.06.2018 - 1st week after league start

Inc SC : ex - 82c

Inc HC : ex - 30c

Standard : ex - 138c

27.06.2018 - last day before massive bot banwave

Inc SC : ex - 180c (+98c) - +120% rise

Inc HC : ex - 60c (+30c) - +100% rise

Standard : ex - 160c(+30c)

27.07.2018 1 month after banwave

Inc SC : ex - 73c (-107c) -60% drop

Inc HC : ex - 57c(-3c) ??? -5% drop

Standard : ex - 103c(-57c) - 35% drop

Important note: As U can see, in previous leagues HC ex price was more than twice lower than SC. But after the banwave It was not changed and became close to SC price and it is unnormal.
It means that bots wans banned only on SC and Standard. But it seems like noone checked Hardcore.

And what we got now:

Delve league

06.09.2018 - 1st week after league start

Delve SC - 89c

Delve HC - 42c

13.09.2018 - current rate

Devle SC - 97c(went down after reaching peak on 110)

Delve HC - 67c(keep rising with no drops)

06.10 Update:

SC - 1:116 (+19c): HC - 1:105(+38c - still no drops)

So after looking at this numbers it becomes very clear that after Incursion banwave some botters realized that noone cares about them on
Hardcore and moved there.
And now every day some guys uppear on poe trade with incredible ammount of currency to sell (only to sell, Im not including usual traders that just buy/sell to make spread profit).

Also u can watch some bots leveling in story mode(they act unnatural like running around with no reson). And finally, yesterday I saw one guy advertising the site selling EX for real money in trade chat all day long(I've seen such spam on SC before but this was first time i saw it on HC).
Seems like RMT takes action here too.

It was always intresting to play on Hardcore when u get an item taking some risk, selling it for a good reward, collect some currency and get your desired piece of gear at the end. It was not super hard but was challenging enough.
Now, when HC if flooded with bots u must grind like slave to get needed gear as prices just skyrocketed. And it is not fun at all.

We all saw how big economy impact botters have in incursion and how effective was banwave on Softcore.

So please, GGG, pay some attention to this situation on Delve Hardcore. Don't forget about hardcore this time, just check DHC and do something with this.

EDIT: 1:105. Is it a joke?? Or GGG really think that prices on HC rised 3 times more than usual just accidentally? First time I see HC ratio grow faster than SC.

Exilebuddy is out of the game but it does not mean that no other player is eager to take its place as the most used bot.

Everyone thought that Tencent is waging a war against cheaters.

But in reality I can just go to any popular gateway at night to see more bots than real players. And it took poehud a week to become undetectable again, and now it is showing all the fossils inside the delve so nothing has really changed.

Delve is an amazing addition to the game but after a week or two of euphoria whole league will become just another bot farm for two months straight.
Well, it is true that fighting against one bot program will not solve the problem. PoE seems to be a very comfort game for botters - it is free and banwaves are rare here.
But If GGG start doing banwaves more often, botters will lose their money again and again(if stock accounts will be banned too) and many of them start looking for other games. This is what was happened to WoW. Some ppl still botting in WoW but after they pressed bots so much - total number of bots decreased drastically.

Maybe botters could not be be defeated completely, but for sure, their total number can be decreased a lot by GGG to minimize their influence on the game. incursion's wave proved that it is totatally possible and effective.

I wonder just what tanky spec they must use to do their chores in HC :p
Told ya, going after botboys only does things worse (: Now you don't have only Exilebuddy but many more who do the same thing.

Actually they have a ton of options. If U check HC market u will discover how low The Doctor card prices became here. It means that bots farming mostly Burials. T3 mob damage is very very low compared to the endgame. With proper flask managment(which I believe bots can do) and right passive tree u can easily survive in most of builds. I saw people (real ppl, dont know about bots) even using dodge-based rangers which is not really tanky but their ability to kill offscrean cleans all the way.

They all could be dealt with. Atleast be cut to the numbers they wont impact economy much. In a concept "there are always some bots" U can find a big difference betwen "more bots" and "less bots"=)

Nope 100% wrong. You cannot deal with bots by going after companies / individuals. What you're doing is sinking 1 company that you already know quite well and then making 5 new but smaller companies that you don't know well.

As long as there is market, there will be bots, no matter what you do.

Bots can be dealt with inside the game. More banwaves, better detecting software etc. It is not necessary to spend money trying to fight bot-developing companies.
1:69 for DHC ex now. Not a single drop. Im wondering If it can reach SC prices, it would be just sick.
