Alternative leveling system for secondary characters

Well, he said ALTERNATIVE. And that what you guys have to keep in mind.
If you like to grind the acts, alright, do the acts how many times you want, but there are people who hate going through the acts, and for those people, there is the ALTERNATIVE.
And for those who said that there is no difference playing the acts and the maps: are you really played PoE at all?! If there's no difference, why dont you just play the quests then? LOL i guess the answer is pretty obvious and there is the difference!
I think the suggestion is great, and doens't impact at all the players who doesn't like it, it will just bring more joyful and more diversity to the game.
Pretty sure Delve will be added as core and would be a very good alternative to level up without doing all the quest all over again.
Would love to see this implemented.
