Also, a divine? For a 6L? Please, show me the 6L chests that you can buy for a divine / 25 Chaos. I just went and checked 10 6L for a divine or less. Tabulas An ES chest thay needs rerolled And 2 plain 6L. For a 6L, 1500 armor, >90 total lofe, there are exactly 0 on trade for less than am Ex. And based on current market rates, I paid 3 divine. I make chest pieces, that are 6 link, and better than that. Easy. First buy The Dapper Prodigy Than roll some stats into them. Than sell it. I make about two ex on average without much effort on each one. What you bought was a corrupted peace of crap. 2 arguable 3 good stats/rolls. I guess ignorance is bliss. I buy those cards for 3c on average. And sell the armor for 2.5 ex on average. So I pay less than you did for crap I don't even plan on using. Yay you got ripped off. Maybe you should have spent more than 10 mins on it. Cause it is easy to get ripped off you know. Edit: If your buying a yellow item for more/equal to an ex. You are probable getting ripped off. Unless it has some shaper/elder specific stat. If you knew how to craft items. You could probable do it yourself for cheaper, and make a profit off it. Even with all the random crap this game has. I see no reason at all to be displeased with that deal. Good value for money. Okay, it sounds like it's possible to get even better if you buy those cards and are lucky. But there is no guarantee in that. Fine when you don't plan on actually using them. But if you do, and aren't swimming in chaos and exalts, you can't afford risks like that. Then it makes more sense to buy what we actually need.
Not displeased with the piece I have either. Think I paid 80 chaos for it. Apart from being 6-linked and having good life, it's not fantastic. But it was a solid upgrade on what I had, and that's important. As the saying goes, best is the enemy of good. That said, it's good to know about more of these cards, and maybe I'll gamble on that route next time instead of buying the finished product. Most likely would mean chaos spamming or scouring, but it's good to know about other options. |

GGG just posted news about major improvements to their own Trade site.
Instead of complaining trading sucks maybe start using an official tool instead of the RTM cancer infested poe.trade. "Never argue with an idiot. They will take you down to their level and beat you trough experience."

All these people saying less than 1ex for my chest was a ripoff, and not 1 person able to produce a 6L, 1500 armour, 90 life chest for less money.
I hate trading. But Ive been pretty successful in the past week. 6L chest for 100 chaos, that has everything that I needed. The blue link was my new color linked, and has provided a good DPS boost. Sure. I would have been over the moon for a green instead, but im not mad. |
