I know why we can't play PoE smoothly in groups.
Just found the inoffical System requirements: Titan - Cray XK7 , Opteron 6274 16C, Cray Gemini interconnect 560640 Opteron Cores @ 2,2Ghz 710144 GB Memory NVIDIA K20x Power consumption: 8209 kW Guess we have to move to the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Tennessee to play PoE on this beast. Seriously now: FIX THE DAMN GAME ! IGN: Darkrox (not my main, just for easy contact)

my game still lags in groups at times but dramatically has been improved by:
enable vsync disable antialiasing disable AF for resource links review my guide: http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/342287 GGG needs to work with the video card manufacturers to make driver improvements. |

you should play fine 99% of the time if you update your pc, lower AA/AF settings, enable vsync. it gets bad when there are alot of spells+summons+monsters still but thats less than 1-3% of my game play. in the 15+ beta tests i have been in, its hard to convince people that the vendor cannot fix their malware, spyware, driver issues, dying hard drive issues, corrupt installer services etc. Rule out your pc and dumb it down for the game to compensate and understand its beta be patient. |
