Yep, exactly. Why would I risk a 6l shavs or other item for a double implicit that may or may not be viable to my build? Or, to turn all the sockets white? Who the hell needs that when Vorici is around?

Yes, that is exactly what it means.

two implicit means TWO implicit, not double level of implicit.

It can be 10-12 elem weakness AND 10-12 temporal chains, for example. Dual curse gloves can be sucessufly corrupted, in this example.

It's not doubling your implicits mods it can add one more.
