Loving the build, fun to play, insane in maps. But I struggle insanely hard time with rare mobs. I like to mf run breachstones, every packs melts in one shot. but rare are almost impossible to kill, even with barrier 6l.

How can I make this build more viable to mf farm breachstones? I like to know if there is a solution for me to kill rares alone or necessary to have a boss killer with me. right now all i can do is skip rares.

What should i try to upgrade right now, i have all gems lvl 21, very good stats on all items. Is it worth changing belt to something else?

Thanks

Well with a 6link Barrage you shouldn't really have any real problem killing rares; the other option is to kill them near walls or obstacles, to exploit KB shotugunning, but that's not always possible. Overall this setup works really well in close and narrow layouts, while most breachstones runs are quite open and with few walls, making them a not-so-easy content. Having said that, I find strage that you actually have to skip those rare monsters, I've never had such a problem.
Anyway, if you are really enjoying those breaches, just keep skipping the rares if they slow you down too much.

Finally got a hh this morning and yep, its not necessary (for burials). I've already had enough damage even with bisco's, and in some cases hh actually feels slower. But hey, just the fact i have it makes me happy.
Now i'm planning to either get a 6l KB setup and try to run harder content (maybe shaped vaults/6 ppl breaches) or reroll to a windripper for even more quant.

Well done, congratulations for the achievment!
In the end I decided to not invest into an HH for myself, since I'm just enoying a lot all the funny effects coming from Rampage (plus all the additional speed and damage coming from it). I instead decided to invest a bunch of currency into another character I wanted to build this league (an improved version of the Aurabot I already did in Abyss).

Are all maps mentioned in your "Choosing the right maps" section okay to run with this build? I'm specifically interested in Volcano. I'm worried about the lack of walls. Playing SSF so my intent is to farm up a Kaom's Heart for future usage, so Volcano is a must for me.

Yeah they are all pretty smooth to run, obviously indoor maps are a bit easier, but as long as the tier is pretty low you should not have many problems.
The lack of walls is a bit annoying just for the boss; since it's a t3 (or t8 if shaped) you are gonna clear just fine. For the boss you are forced to use at least a 5-link Barrage to kill it in a reasonable time.

Hi OP!

Was thinking of playing a wander for the upcoming flashback event and chanced upon your build. I've played a couple of wanders in the past but not as a "leaguestarter" with 0 currency and leveling uniques so my question is, how "frustrating" will it get to play as a bow/wander during the start of the league? and does anyone here has an approx price on the tempest/stormcloud will be during the first 2 days of a new league?

Starting a league as a wander it's pretty terrible, I would suggest you to do so. As an archer is a bit smoother, just because bows have a lot more damage than wand and have better skills to play with even in the early levels. In my opinion you should transition into wands when you already have at least some of the required uniques (at least Piscator's or a good rare wand, one of the unique helmets, and maybe even the shield).
Those levelling unique are usually worth some chaos in the first 1-2 days of the league, cause the demand is super high.

Could you please explain in detail what you did with your atlas cause your atlas plan is different than the screenshot you posted(talking about the elder ring and the maps completed there)..i dont have much experience in shaping maps so i would love to see the thinking behind your choices..thanks a lot for the guide

Hey there!
I actually did a lot of testing during the league, shaping/unshaping and completing/uncompleting maps depending on what I was having fun doing. Anyway my general plan was something like that:

- I completed all maps up to T8 and all unique maps
- I spent a good portion of the early-league running just Shaped Grotto (T9), leaving uncompleted all the above tiers. The map has a good layout, good density, you get a bunch of fusing with the divination cards (which you can use to link your gear, or just sell) and it's easy to sustain. I shaped Burial Chambers as T8 though, I was not running it, I was just selling them for easy profit.
- When I had all my gear set up (I actually farmed the gear for the wander and for the Aurabot I built in the meanwhile) I moved to the following part of my plan, and you can find informations about it in the "Things I'm working on" section
- I completed all t9 (keeping Shaped Grotto and selling them), all T10 (selling the Shaped Channel) and all T16+ (Guardians, Vaal Temple and Shaper)
- I shaped Undeground Sea (T11), Armoury (T13) and Waste Pool (T14). Sea and Armoury have allright layouts, but are mostly run for the crazy density and super easy map sustain, while Waste Pool is just the best layout to run for this kind of build and has really good density. In the end I decided T12 and T15 weren't worth running/shaping at all (I tried many options, but they were not satisfying for me)
- I set up an Elder ring to have permanent elder influence on those shaped maps, allowing for better drops and exp (even though I was not interested in the exping process); in the atlas screenshot you can see this precise setup

I kept rotating between those 3 shaped maps, running them with at least 2 sextants each. All maps I was running were corrupted (definitely worth the effort), T13 and T14 also were chiselled to 20% quality. I tried to run with an aurabot most of the time, sometimes carrying full groups.

Note: it's been announced that permanent elder influence (Elder ring) will not be possible in the next league, so that's something which is going to change in the future; the overall strategy is probably going to work just fine anyway.
