What level did everyone start speccing out of Spiritual Aid and into the final tree?

Does physical attack life leech matter at all?? Will I gain any life using this build?

No, blade vortex is a spell, not an attack. So physical attack life leech will not work with it.

Spiritual Aid is a notable passive skill that grants increased damage, accuracy and global accuracy for minions. Player is also affect by Increases and Reductions to Minion Damage.

Whether or not it works isn't related to whether minions are alive - the node just links minion damage changes to your own damage - so if we take this node, and then use a bone helmet (https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Bone_Helmet), we gain the % damage increase that minions gain from the helmet implicit. Check my character for an example (not a brilliant example, but a functional one).

The guide gives an optimal tree around level 93. When you change isn't really level dependent, but item dependent. As it says in the guide, when you have your end-game curse setup (warlord's mark elder ring, aspect of the spider boots, extra curse notable) and end-game scaling jewels, you spec out of those nodes.

I decided to have a go at crafting my own Warlord's Mark ring. I ended up with a rare Two-Stone Ring base with level 12 Warlord's Mark and nothing else, which I then multimodded with what I thought would be a decent combination of mods but to be honest I'm not sure whether what I've picked is the best combo. I probably should have checked this before having a go but hey-ho!

Is there a better combination for this build? The resists are tailored to what I need but I could shuffle some gear if there is a better choice of suffix.

Ouch... the adds x to x damage is for attacks not spells. Equip and unequip and see if it changes your BV DPS... It needs to say adds x to x damage to SPELLS for it to apply to spells. Pretty common knowledge for older players but I suppose GGG needs to specify this is for weapon attacks, because it isn't actually clear.

Having a blast with this build. Also selling one of my rapiers cheap.

Just a few words to say thanks for that great build!! I had a blast of a season went through all content and it was really fun to play. Just did my first Uber Elder on first try this season and i hit 500 in the mine too.

Build was fun to min/max and can be pretty versatile by just switching a few gems for boss fights (vall BV is so great for bosses! )

2 convert + res? or we got any option for suffix craft instead of resist ?

I was thinking of going single resist and putting this on as second suffix.

What about this one? Can get it on boots and gloves, can they stack?

Non-Vaal Skills deal (51–60)% increased Damage during Soul Gain Prevention

That seems like a big boost and soul gain prevention lasts 7.25 seconds on my Vaal BV.
