Are curses still a thing? You dont need them on mobs and they dont work on boss.

Maybe you should put 60% increased curse effect too then I'd think about it.

It's good for blasphemy curse stacking melee builds that do mid tier content and that's really it.

15% all res is not that great when combined with lack of life.

You cannot get +1 curse on boots in any other way. It is has lots of useful stats, all things considered.

They might have some use with buffed Occultist. She get's 25% curse effectiveness + Malediction (enemies take 10% more damage and deal 10% less damage) + curses effect hexproof. With a whole bunch of stacked curse effectiveness, you can get at least some noticable effect against bosses (in addition to malediction.)
