ALARM! I found a BUG with ATS on ToolTip! I spent few hours with test and realize that we have to reach 2.7 ATS with our Frenzy WITHOUT 3 Fcharges. Otherways GCD of VD on our Pen will be missing for every 5th cast (if ats is more).
