Frenzy gem or you can use Poacher's Mark instead of Assassin's Mark (which would be inferior to Assassin's Mark if using an Inpulsa's though).

No changes to skill tree.

Deadeye is the strongest class out of the 3 ascendencies.

Loreweave BIS chest (try to get 80% max res) as there is no more Farrul's Fur.

Minor gem changes with Deadeye:
- Enfeeble over Assassin's Mark for Curse on Hit
- Blood Rage/PCOC combo back in since Cat of the Aspect is out

When doing elder, what do you use to kill the tough mobs and null portals? Molten strike without ancestral call or a 4L frost blades? I dont think a 4L frost blades would be able to kill them fast enough and im not sure if molten strike without ancestral call has enough AOE to clear them fast enough...

I'm playing similar build but with scion and might of the meek jewels.
I know my items are much muuuuch better but scion in general gives you much more defences and similar dps
(1000 more life, 30% more hit evade, free 150 total resistances)

Changes:

Vaal Ancestral Warchief replaces Ancestral Protector

Loreweave (max res 80%) over Bestiary Cat Chest

Now this one is the big game changer:


This just looks real good for this build. Life, Intelligence for stats, Crit chance and most importantly FREE WRATH.

Starkonja's replaces Lightpoacher's as the helm to open up gem slots

Setup would be something like:
4L: Blasphemy-Enlighten-Enfeeble-Herald of Thunder
Herald of Ice-Onslaught / Wrath-Empower

3L: CWDT-Immortal Call-Lightning Golem
Whirling Blades-Fortify-Faster Attacks

So we'll have the main damage aura in Wrath for free in addition to running HoT/HoI for faster clearing and blasphemy/enfeeble for significantly improved defenses.
