Accuracy is normally a suffix, but it could also be from the hybrid phys/acc prefix, which would mean all prefixes are blocked. You can check here for interesting suffixes, some candidates are crit chance / multi and attack speed. To get those, you slam it with exalt and if it yields something crappy, you craft Haku level 8 prefixes cannot change mod on it, then scour it and try again.

What does it mean when all prefixes are blocked? And also how to you add extra mods? That’s been giving me the most trouble. I understand the just of it but doing it for the first time can get jumbled with Haku and what not.

As Zagibu said you should try to investigate if you have free prefix.
Just craft(add) any cheap prefix mod using Tora´s crafting bench. If it´s possible to add prefix mod on your bow you have one crap suffix mod (5 accuracy) Do it and tell us (or post screenshot). Btw do you have level 8 Haku/Elreon masters? Are you able to spend some exalts on the bow? I didn’t get what he meant by that is why I asked, I’m beyond new.
