Well nobody forcing u to use those skills, if u r not happy about them. Just use some low dmg weapon or different gems setups use just 4links items... It’s a game and it’s only your choice how u want to play it ;) There always will b sronger skills, show me ARPG witch have all skills perfectly balanced... And as other ppl says, u kill monsters, get exp/loot grow stronger... It would b shite if u won’t feel t progress...

" Yep some true words here. People now a days just forgot about the spirit of ARPG's. It always was, is and will be -> loot to be powerful. The challenge is not if someone can beat a boss in an ARPG (well for a beginner it can be). The challenge in an ARPG is to PWNZ a boss faster than the last time. You guys know.. harder, faster, stronger thats the real challenge. Its called min/max every ARPG live from this core principle. It is what differs the ordinary scrub from longterm players. And, to add my opinion to the debate: ARPGs are about loot acquisition and advancement. Take your Dark Souls skill-based crap back to it's original genre. Limit the loot and the ARPG fails. Shit, white knights will deny it, but I feel PoE is slowly dying now, because they are moving away from the loot-centric play with drops in mob density, extra mods on items making decent rares even more......erm.....rare, so very few decent uniques, slower gameplay in general, etc. |

Someone will complain... no matter what.
Make it so that every build can finish the game, people complain about lack of choices. Make it so few can, people complain their choices are too limited. Make it so none can, people complain about it being too difficult. That there are excellent games that fit all three descriptions doesn't seem to phase them... they keep right on complaining. Play for the fun of it. If you're not having fun, why waste your time complaining about it? Find a game that better suits you. If you're looking for "balance"... play one of those games that thrive on it. PoE isn't your thing. It's not supposed to be balanced. It's supposed to have builds of differing strengths and to change often enough that you can adapt to the changes to find a new "best" two or three times a year. Don't like that? Don't play here. Play somewhere else. But most of all, enjoy the time you spend. Don't complain about it. |

" You've either never used GC or whatever you used it on was built and/or geared terribly if you can't see that a skill that can 1 or 2 shot bosses from offscreen isn't balanced. Currently being stalked around these forums by some clowns who caught feelings over being called out at being grossly inept at their job.

I honestly don't care whether it is "the goal of every ARPG" to delete end bosses, but I have to admit it is very boring. I had hoped that the genre had evolved from the D1 days, like pretty much all other genres have evolved.
Remove Horticrafting station storage limit.

If you think GC is the only skill miners delete bosses with you've never played a miner, it should be noted that if you could precast 12 spells and didn't require cast speed in any way pretty much any skill rapes bosses if the scaling options are good. This is not anything like BF/Barrage which are fundamentally broken compared to other skills, BF is something like 330% damage effectively while also being psuedo ranged and aoe (190~ ish for heavy strike) barrage is 240 but gets 120 from a helm enchant, 60 from a quiver etc its a massive difference between the meta skills and everything else. |
