" Herald of ice actually helps to clear packs quite nicely, shattering also disables a few mechanics such as detonate dead (I ran alot of beyond). To me shattering makes the build substantially more enjoyable to play. Feel free to change it up so you don't shatter if that's what you prefer. For the CWDT links, Immortal Call is level 1 requiring level 34, however CWDT is level 9 so it can support gems requiring up to level 54. Is Immortal Call intended to be at level 1?

According to your skill tree, how did you get "melding". I'm not sure how you even teleported through nodes without getting them |
