So multistrike+ruthless
ruthless will activate every 3rd multistrike and all 3 strikes from it will be ruthless for bosses it might be ok but it wont help much in mapping Do you have other gem setups for sunder ? | |

IIRC Immortal Call uses endurance charges but I can't find a gem or passive skill to generate them. What am I missing?

Enduring cry can generate them. if you go that way the acd point that recovers 25% of life and mana on cry use is pretty cool
