My 5-for-1 result

I am new at this game, and just did the 5 for 1 prophecy after getting 5 crappy unique items above level 60. I wasn't expecting much but the result was Le Heup of All with what looks like pretty nice stats. Not sure the 30% rarity does much but I did find several uniques in the Dried Lake afterwards.
" EDIT: I apologize for posting in General, should have been Notable Finds, but I am unable to move it EDIT2: Surely I am cursed with beginner's luck (after wearing the ring above) .. I just found Belly of the Beast going up to kill Malachai. Used 10 Jeweller's to get 6 sockets, then 15 Fusions to get 5 links. I think I will stop there for today and not try for 6.
