Is GGG ever gona make another black exile? (beside marauder)

I wanna play a black colored exile but im tired of marauder.

Are there any plans to create a new black class?

No. We will not be receiving a new class any time soon. Don't expect it.

Technically, the Marauder isn't black, either. The Karui are based off of the Maori islanders and not African tribes if I remember correctly.

Odds are good that GGG won't be making "skins" for character classes so that you can play female marauders, male rangers, white mauraders, black witches, etc. any time soon, either. This would take a lot of work to redo all of the current content.

I don't think it's a racism thing, I think it's more about having your character resemble you (see avatars). Also why is it so hard to believe that a black person would want to play a black character? Seems reasonable to me.
