Upgrading to supporter packs

Hello there, I bought 5 x 100 points pack to upgrade to the Outlaw pack, but after 5 packs the shop page still says that i need another 20$ to upgrade. And i couldnt see the Oriath upgrade option either. This has been really inconvienent. I've contacted supports but i havent gotten a reply in 6 hours. Please fix this soon, I don't want my weekend to go to waste.

Upgrades: You can upgrade from one of these Supporter Packs to another in the same series by clicking "Upgrade" on the desired pack. The process will include any pure points packs purchased since the pack you're trying to upgrade to was released. The maximum amount that upgrades can contribute is 80% of the value of a pack. Even though it's under the current Oriath packs, this has been the case for years now for all Supporter Packs. Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa.
