Void Manipulation out-performs Added Chaos by a wide margin, as it scales both the initial hit and the subsequent poisons using a more multiplier. If you'd like to sim it yourself in Path of Building, here's the build code:

Yes. I prefer using a pair of % leech boots for Chimera since the fight is so protracted, though.

Honestly, any recommendation I could make is already laid out in the guide. The biggest thing you can fix immediately at practically no cost would be your skill tree.
At your gear level, running an ES shield and playing with echo instead of CWC might be prudent. |
