Hand of Wisdom and Action Nerfed why? GGG fail.
ES to Nerfed? omg idiot players...
The 2.6 league sounds like some kind of flashback, and therefore some kind of dead league that people won't play after 2 weeks and only exists due to morons on reddit whining about it..... Well lets hope it's actually interesting and not just old league mechanics with some minor twist.
This actually looks pretty cool. I think all leagues/new content should be added to the core game, otherwise is just a waste of time to create all this kind of stuff.

Prophecy, essences, breachs, I like all this being added to the game and I miss what you didn't added. For example perandus.

Could u add perandus to the core game as well? I would love to find Cadiro forever while playing poe instead of only on zana mod.

If you add to the core game every single content of new leagues it's a way to PoE becomes bigger and bigger with tons of stuffs/items/boss/etc. That's what PoE needs. Otherwise it's all about play a new league for 2 weeks get lvl 90 kill the shaper make 36+ challanges get bored and quit the league.
My end, it justifies my means,
All I ever do is delay,
My every attempt to evade,
The end of the road
And my end....

While reviewing Breach, is it possible for you to change Splinter drops to occur all at once at the origin when the Breach closes? This would make it easier to collect them, and make it feel a bit better for the player when compared to killing a Breach rare that drops none (since you wouldn't be able to tell what exactly caused the drops).

Breach has been a very successful league. It had a great launch, and continued with high player engagement. Players have also been very vocal about wanting to keep Breach in some form.

When we look at Breach we can see it has the right recipe for being added into the game in a variety of ways. It has world interactable encounters that players can come across, and these open up the rest of the league's content (as well as the dangerous opening to another dimension that the monsters and Breachlords flow in from).

This leaves us the questions of how should it be available. Randomly in the world, or only from Maps? From Zana? As a sextant mod? By some other means? How common should it be?

When we ask these questions, the general answer we have is, we don't need to decide this all just yet, due to the nature of the 2.6.0 league. We'll try a few changes there, and see how they play out, and then work out the detailed plan of Breach integration for when 3.0.0 comes out.

A few things have been worked out. We know that breaches are almost certainly going to be more rare and we will flatten out the odds of the various Breach realms. Uul-Netol and Chayula breaches will be more common relative to the other lord's realms, but will still be rare. Boss spawn chances have been considered, and will likely be increased based on the rarity of breaches. In the 2.6.0 league this change won't be in as a numerical change, rather, this will be handled through a league feature. If it works out well, we may need to incorporate that in the future also.

The monsters, lords and general mechanics of the breaches will not be changing in any dramatic ways.

One of the big successes of the Breach league was the new uniques that were introduced. These were designed for impact on gameplay and on build choices. There were some definite hits in the Breach unique line up. We won't be doing strong changes on the balance of these uniques, but will focus most rebalance efforts on older league-specific uniques.

We had been considering a nerf to Hand of Wisdom and Action. As 2.6.0 will not be getting changes to damage-over-time mechanics (and damage bonuses applying in two ways to some damage over time), we are likely to hold off on major nerfs to this item. While the builds with Hand of Wisdom and Action are incredibly strong, they provide a non-degen counterbalance to the major degenerative builds. As builds relying on damage-over-time will be affected by mechanics changes in 3.0.0, the Hand of Wisdom and Action will likely be nerfed along with them.

We are also still working out our plans for Energy Shield and related mechanics (and Keystones). Changes to this defence affect Hand of Wisdom and Action builds significantly, and there may not need to be a nerf to Hand of Wisdom and Action if ES and Vaal Pact based build-options are changed significantly.

We are very pleased with how Breach league came out, and are glad players have responded to it well. We look forward to seeing players interacting with Breaches, in some form, in the upcoming 2.6.0 league, and going forward from 3.0.0 onwards.
I really like you Qarl but i've been there long enough to know what this is all about

You said the same thing about prophecy and yet nothing changed, we still have the vanilla Prophecy, but with lower coin drop rate...

If after merging it to the core game(we can even go back to the launch of Prophecy), you cannot add and improve content for the most brilliant and game changing (enhancing) league mechanic you ever came up with, how can you guys expect us to be optimistic on something that is simply a loot&lag pinata?

Just take a look at such threads
https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/5jg3u1/prophecy_the_greatest_game_changer_mechanic/?st=iz37gnnq&sh=0b1a56ae

people love and see the potential in such content. You cannot keep pushing new content for the sake of new content without putting half the effort of maintenance on the older content too.

Love you guys, im just wishing Everybody's best by saying this
ZiggyD is the Labyrinth of streamers, some like it, some dont, but GGG will make sure to push it down ur throat to make you like it

So, will HoWA be nerfed retroactively, like Voltaxic Rift, or become legacy, like VoV?
(2-3-2019) Buff underused skills (3.23?!)+ selfcast, stop nerfing defense, build in threshold jewels (3.23?!), implement D3-style looting, add death log + MTX preview, actually rework flasks, stop balancing around the .01%, unnerf Harvest, ADD NEW WAYS TO LEVEL, finally implement Loot 2.0
So you are basically cementing clear-speed meta into the base game if you are keeping breach.

PLEASE NO!
We fight to delay the end because it's the means that matter.
Great to hear that Breaches will stay is some way :)

(PLEASE do not make it a map mod....)
