Community Question: How is performance for you in 2.4?!

For me, it's a horrible performance. This game isn't optimized for AMD/Radeon GPU !!!! Please,GGG,do it something with this problem
After changing my GPU ( from GTX 560 Ti 2 GB to AMD 7970 3 GB, rest hardware-i7 2,93 , 8 GB RAM, Audigy ZS 2 Gold,HDD SSD .... ) I 've noticed a downgrade of FPS. Today, I reached a shitty "record" on map Ashen Woods... during a fight with mobs and boss, I reached fps from 16 to 5, it was a slideshow, not a H&S. It was a same effect with bosse's fight -map Burial Chambers - instant near 7 seconds with few FPS. It isn't a funny, it's a sad and frustrating. In minus very poor drop, additionally...but it's a "folk tradition" in PoE
