This appears to be an issue with GGG's server, which you can see from the logs:
The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error Essentially, Procurement requests your items and GGG's server replies it's rekt. I am looking into it and will keep you all posted, please don't log anymore github tickets, since they're all going to be the same issue! Procurement : The Ultimate Exile's Companion!
