That's because they did not have a security problem, YOU did. The people in here screaming about GGG being the culprit somehow in how the account was compromised are hilarious. It's almost scary how similar it is to the first few months of D3's launch and all the idgits who do not properly secure their accounts/computers claiming some massive breach of D3's servers. Thats also what i was thinking... until it happened to me. And like i mentioned, he did it in my face, changed my password right after i had made a new one and no email ever told me something was happening.I wish i would of made a mistake or something ANYTHING that would of lead to this. That way ,i would know its my own fault ,change password-email-new account and start over. But now i am just highly insecure about starting again. GGG database is vulnerable to injection where you can get some usernames and passwords, but they have no idea how to check their logs correctly, or prob don't even have the filters setup correctly to see it. I haven't used this account since the public beta came out. Got an email saying my account logged in from a city that's across the state I live in and that my account has been locked until I enter the unlock code. My E-mail is fine, I changed my password for my PoE account without any trouble. I don't use the same password for my PoE account/email account so can anyone confirm if GGG's servers have been breached and someone has a bunch of username/passwords? Do you use the email address anywhere else that is gaming related that might have been compromised? GGG have mentioned that they had someone trying lists of specific addresses from the same IP , most of which didn't have an account here at all.
