Season One, Race Event 5: Three Hour Party

Well that was quick, another desync death. I LOVE 250 ping !!!!! <3

tried 2 more times, same story, nothing near me but my hp goes to zero, i give up

Hi all,

I made a new char (witch) for the race but when I try to enter The terraces the game always crashes and get me error message such "unable to load ....". I have never had that issue when playing hardcore or softcore.

How do you actually join the event?

Maybe it's time to fix the damn desync. Seriously. Died of it at lvl 11 when we were running away/thro mobs, and i was even the second person in the line and no mob was around me and bam,dead!
Getting kinda frustrated and it's annoying as..
I believe you are doing everything you possible can do fix/avoid the "lagg/desync" problem but haven't it "not been fixed" for to long now?

It is a "game-feature" not a bug. To survive it you need to know how to reduce it and how to survive some. If it is bad, it can just be seen as another RNG.

In other words: Fixing it completely is never going to be possible, they can only reduce it and OB did just that.

Pack of blue flicker strike spiders in the lair, gg, couldn't separate them enough so life was quickly gone :(

Did find this little beauty in lower prison and stashed it though.. unfort was running with a +1 level gem bow already

It's a server related problem. Nothing else.

This is not something that's supposed to be in the game so stop defend it. It can be avoided, how come other games do not have it and in this game it happens more often than not. But it's annoying as hell when it does happen in HC and you just die.




Guess why i play SC?

RNG on vendors is pretty annoying, had to go to nessa 6 times, 1 cold ring which was a 23% roll, 22 coral at start. Because of low cold res i blew 3 portals on merveil and had to go farm more portals lol, embarassing. 41arrive at merveil 55 kill time. Rolled +1fire gems 3 times on shields when all i wanted was cold gems, ended up using linked fire trap + added light which is OK but not the same.

Witch is frustrating to play if any little things goes wrong in act 1 you lose so much time, zz, oh well maybe the solo race will go better.

Died trying to get to vaal as a solo level 24 witch. Was not fun at all :( Got almost instagibbed by a swarm of mobs with movement speed aura. Had like good hp and would've gotten vaal pretty easily I think. Next try in 4 hours! :D

Try this, http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/18531. It will fix your files so you dont crash again. =)
