yes you can still do this build, but with you need a single target skill now.
you can use lightning arrow+a single target skill or just tornado shot for both aoe and single target

you can use windripper but even a physical bow with signal fire and phys to light gem to go 100% conversion and be immune to reflect; the main goal of this build was to be immune to reflect and do 18% ele reflect -15% res maps easily with life leech gem, so be able to run the hardest double reflect maps, i love to play hard map mods and save orbs
