Any thoughts on Gruthkul vs Belly?

All the AW builds I've been running into are using Gruthkul. Is Gruthkul suitable for this guide/build without major changes? One person I talked to said the HP difference is ~200 while a substantial dps boost. I am running Tuko's and I'm level 90.

I am looking to get a 6L body armour. Both are 4-6ex range (or ~5ex for 1500 fusing and find a decent roll for lower price). Still need to grind some currency but want to do a 6L this league for this build.


Also, if I were to go Gruthkul, my only spells are flame golem, vaal lightning trap, vaal haste, vaal grace and herald of fire. I'll have lvl20 CWDT + flame golem + vaal lightning trap. Should I put vaal haste or grace as the 4th CWDT or something else? Is there any gems I should change for running with Gruthkul over Belly? I would drop HoF.


Finally, any advice on improving my gear (my jewellery can definitely improve, lol), jewels or setup?

Just to update. Got lucky enough to get a Skyforth and expended some currency on improving my char (mainly Legacy FB 893% but everything got upgraded.

Have been killing all four guardians with 100% success.

Today I killed shaper three times out of four attempts; not deathless, but that is mainly because I am bad at dodging, the DPS is more than enough.

@guggelhupf: Thanks for a build that allowed me to reach the end content being casual. The lucky Skyforth drop helped too. :)

I only play one build per league and I am glad I have pick yours for this league.
