This will be my fun expensive side project for Standard.

Thanks a lot for the guide. I am interested in trying the life-based version of this build with a ranger. (Unless there is a strong reason to prefer Scion over Deadeye for the life-based version of the build?)

Is it safe to assume that the tree for Deadeye would look fairly similar to the tree for Scion?

Deadeye is better than Ascendant, I only used Scion in the new league because I wanted a high level Scion. As for the passive tree, yes it would be very similar - I'll be posting the skill trees hopefully today. I've just been very busy lately.

Could you fix the links for your life based talent trees please? Only one of them is active :(

Do you have any advice for players who aren't level 100 yet regarding which part of the tree is the least important (last to fill in)?

No problem, I'm very happy to hear you appreciate the guide :).

In regards to the life variant, you do not need to pick up Phase Acrobatics and the three dodge nodes until you are running Tier 10 maps or higher. In general, you can save the additional leech nodes until you have the points for them, as well as dropping a couple energy shield or life nodes here or there. For the low-life variant, you can drop some reduced mana reserved nodes if you don't mind losing an aura while leveling.

Hi. I was curious what tree would you recommend for a phys life based. Atm I'm playing a Raider. While it offers less dmg than Deadeye, it's more defensive. Sitting at about 102K buffed with 7.4 aps and 95%crit. This is my current 6L setup:


However it feel like is not doing enough damage.After T13+ clear speed slows down. In party it simply falls behind.
I've managed to do Uber Izaro, but in general is very slow vs single target and runs out of mana even with leech on gloves and passive nod.
Projectiles travel way out of screen and I fear I have too much proj speed?!



*note that is missing the last 2 ascendancy points as I still have a full reset. The build is a slightly modified version of the one listed by MoarPizza

E:just swapped Faster A with Phys Proj.. max tooltip was almost 140K but at 5.8 aps. I'm leveling a Slower Proj gem to try that out. Also forgot to mention i have 30% proj speed enchant on helm.
