You will find yourself only using BF totem 95% of time while you just run pack to packand it kills everything. Spin up BV on bosses.

Can you explain this set-up? I want to start this character today. I have a Tabula and can buy an Amp Rod.

I find it really easy levelling.
I used only uniques Goldrim, Wanderlust, dual Lifesprig, Worm Molt or Perandus Blazon.
Buy a fire trap gem and use that. Throw fire trap and move.
Get flame totem after breaking some eggs quest. Equip it and use.
Rush to 1 jewel socket, should take you 11 points to get there. Use hidden potential.
At this point you can use magic chest, gloves, and 3 jewellery (Eleron jewellery is fine)
When level 6, switch out Lifesprig for Abberath's Horn if so desired (gives better dps)
After entering Merveil cavern, buy Firestorm and use that with added lightning.
Also buy control destruction, inc area of effect, conc effect, faster casting, spell echo.
4l Firestorm + control destruction + faster casting + inc area/conc effect
and supplement it with spell totem + bladefall + control destruction + faster casting
will get u to 40 plus around easily.
You can transit to blade vortex anytime you like. For me, I prefer firestorm for levelling
cause u dont need to get close to the target.
For me I used the above skills till 60 plus replacing the 2 wands at around 40 plus.

I'm not sure if an Additional Curse amulet will turn up before the league ends, so for now I'm double curse. Need to start jewel shopping next. Also need to get the right enchant on my gloves. Currently level 75 and having a great time.

I'm considering dropping Vaal Haste for Vaal Grace if I don't get a +1 amulet. I'll have to see how things go.

What will be better for uber atziri and shaper:
1.decay wand + obliteration (or blue wand with high spell)

2.dual obliteration as standard

also, is spell damage good enough to increase chaos dmg?

It partly depends on your gear, passives and playstyle. I have not done the precise math, but I believe the actual DPS is slightly in favour of dual obliteration (mostly because the boost your poison damage a lot), but decay weapon allows you to have a consistent source of damage even if you are not actually hitting the target continuosly (for example against hard encounters, if you need to "kite" them a lot).

Spell damage is ok, if you get it somewhere without sacrificing too much, but it's not the best bonus (increases only our initial hit and Commandment of Blades enchant, if you own it); in fact it does not double dip on poison, while also not influencing explosion damage at all.

Can you use other gloves with the enchant or does it have to be a gripped gloves?
