yes it is, currently playing this build in breach @lvl 85. so far mostly everything ist a walk in the park

mainly these things instead of the suggested ones.
i think that at higher lvls i'll be able to squeeze in herald of ash!

sitting at around 8k tooltip with atziri and charges up.
missing still around 20% hp from tree, that i'll get in the next 4 lvls, then i should be able to reach 5k (i'm at 4.4 atm)

phys damage reduction, more leech (both mana and life)

i get 5 from tree so it's a nice 20% extra phys damage reduction. also helps in maps with vulnerability+elem weakness (i am not overcapped with lightning)

you generate charges by igniting enemies on fire thanks to oro's sacrifice, passives and other items (like mokou's embrace)
that plus the fact each charge gives you 3 attacks is enough to mantain charges on bosses.
Is it posible to make a ci one?
Is this build still viable in the latest patch?
Is the new Carnage Heart (2.6 buff) a must have for this build now?
