Forbidden taste + belly of the beast = Forbidden Belly.
Worn on your body armour slot but can be used like a flask. It heals you to full but the armour is less effective when not on full flask charges. Flask charges are represented by how much of your body the armour actually covers. If you drink it all, then it will show off your ... forbidden belly. Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

"you forgot an important key note... there is no penality and you have litterally fused their stats together! concidering how seven league step is mainly a movement item i would reduce the move speed buff to 40% and add all the bonuses from the item it is combined with in addition with lowering it's es just a little.
