Only post items with 20% quality and 6 sockets. Also, only post Ascendancy stats since quality bonus was changed.

Ill start with my horrible rng stats(used on several different 6sox items 20% quality):

Total fusings used: 5677
Number of 5links: 64
Number of 6links: 1
Number of 0links: 2 (first was from fuse, second after jeweler)

Longest streak with no 5-6l: 712 (WTF?? im not even kidding)

Least amount of fuses used for 5/6l after 6 socketing: 1

Average amount of fuses for 5link: 88

This is an exercise in confirmation bias. You'll only get people posting who feel like they're outliers. You'll get people who spend 5000+ and you'll get people who spent less than 20.

What you wont get is a meaningful sample.

5l:7 (3 searing touch, 3 geofris sanctuary, 1 tremor rod(WTS))
6l: 1 (geofris sanctuary)

About 300 fusings spent, Jews are harder to figure out cause I didn't could too but it is around same number.

 Wow!... You had the patience to tediously, mind numbingly, agonizingly, infuriatingly (what negative adjective is next?) apply 712 fusings and not even get a 5L. I haven't the tenacity or patience or stubbornness to do that (probably why I never have crafted rng gambled for a 6L or even a 5L).

Really small of a sample, but 73 fuses to 5L a 20%q 6s sword.

i used very close to 1000 jeweller's to 6S my staff and around 1100 fusings to 6L it

6s voltaxic in 38 jewellers, 6l in 18 fus. no 5l. my first 6l item since obt tho.

Shavs from Cadiro. 100 jewelers to 6 socket, 2 fuzing to 6L. First 6L ever and sold for 12ex :)
